岗位职责：1. Familiar with the testing standard of paint coating, with testing experience.熟悉并掌握油漆、涂料的检验标准，有一定的检验经验2. Perform all physical testing on paint products and adjust accordingly;对涂料产品进行物理测试，并进行相应的调整3. Understand basic theories of color matching, and shade color to standard if needed;了解配色的基本原理，在需要时进行颜色调整4. Maintain a clean work area, including common lab area and own bench;有良好的工作习惯，保持工作区域（包括公用以及个人实验区域）干净5. Prepare COA for customer and make sample panels, skilled at spray.能制作样板，有一定的喷涂技能，准备COA 要求: 1. Be able to tell color differences能辨别色差2. Self-motivated with minimum supervision;能在极少的监督和管理下自我激励3. Willing to work any shift, including 3rd shift;能在任何时间工作，包括夜班4. Can handle multiple batches at the same time;能在同一时间处理不同批次5. Have a strong attention to details and good computer skills, basic English skill preferred.对细节重视，有良好电脑运用能力，有英语基础优先考虑。
