AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责1.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) configuration and programing for existing controls and small improvement projects2.Perform and document systematic root cause analysis of a variety of equipment and system failure (such as control hardware and software, instrumentation, inverter/drives, etc.) to develop and implement solutions that address and prevent unplanned failure.3.Provide technical support to maintenance organizations for precision repair and configuration of electrical and controls systems including PLC, variable frequency drives, various field instrumentation for level, temperature, pressure, proximity measurement and control.4.Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plan for electrical control systems, inverters (drives) and other electrical / control system devices.5.Provide project leadership and reliable operation expertise during the FEL design, construction, startup and operation of new assets and upgraded assets, serving as both the small project manager and maintenance/reliability expert.6.Promote safety awareness in control and automation discipline.7.Develop QA/QC control program for maintenance and small projects.8.Promote safety awareness in control and automation discipline.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求? Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation and Control ? Over 3 years experience in chemical industry ? Have good experience on Electrical, Instrument and automation system ? Have good experience on PLC/HMI/SCADA system designing
