Responsibilities:
1.Formulate new paint products that meet the desired attributes of customers.
2.Improve existing products using domestic raw materials to promote localization.
3.Work closely with technical team and provide technical support as needed.
4.Independently accountable for technical projects and problem solving.
5.Write necessary reports, technical plans, and other internal correspondence to ensure appropriate project and business communications.
6.Maintain assigned laboratory equipment in good running order and organize services and repairs as required by good housekeeping.
7.Possess good sense of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and ensure EHS implementation according to rules and guidelines in the lab.
Requirements:
1.Minimum bachelor in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering.
2.Research experience in a university, research institute or industrial company is preferred.
3.Solid knowledge of Chemistry and practical lab skills.
4.Good command of written and spoken English.
5.Good IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).
6.Conscientious, pro-active and communicational personality.
