Quality ManagerDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ◆ Perform the role of management representative◆ Ensure that the company’s quality management system (TS16949&QC080000&AS9001) is a living system ready for audit anytime◆ Champion various continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving customer satisfaction and facilitating the achievement of organizational objectives◆ Conduct the internal audit and organize to prepare for external quality audit.◆ Quality control, especially for non-conformity product, handling customer complains;◆ Support project development with quality assurance and PPAP/FAI preparation.◆ Lead in supplier quality assurance efforts.◆ Lab and equipment calibration management◆ Quality team building, coaching, performance evaluation, and development;◆ To strengthen the whole staff’s quality sense and coach the quality knowledge;◆ Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS◆ Degree in Engineering discipline◆ 10+ years quality management experience, at least 4 years as Quality Manager◆ Good knowledge in TS16494◆ Good communication and problem solving skills◆ Team player, able to focus on organizational efforts of customer requirements ◆ Good knowledge in Lean & continuous improvement◆ Good command of English
